Most scoped automation or integration projects fall between $10,000 and $50,000, depending on how many systems are involved and how much of the workflow needs custom logic. A narrow first project, like automating one intake or scheduling workflow, tends to sit toward the lower end. Larger builds, like a custom application or a multi-system integration, run higher. We scope every engagement to a specific number before work begins, not an open-ended hourly estimate.
How long does a project take?
A single, well-defined workflow (for example, lead intake or appointment scheduling) typically takes three to six weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger builds, like a custom application or several connected workflows, usually run two to four months. Timeline depends more on how many existing systems we need to integrate with than on the AI component itself.
What happens if it doesn't work the way we needed?
We scope every engagement around a specific, testable outcome before any work starts, so both sides agree on what "working" means up front. If something we build doesn't hold up against that scope, we fix it. We don't consider an engagement finished until the workflow does what we agreed it would do, and we test against real edge cases before anything touches live work, not just the happy path.
What happens after launch? Is there ongoing support?
Every build includes a defined support window immediately after launch, since that's when real usage surfaces the edge cases a demo never hits. After that, most clients move to a lightweight maintenance arrangement so the system gets updated as your data, tools, and processes change. If you'd rather take it in-house, that works too. We document what we build specifically so it's maintainable by someone other than us.
